Return Policy — What Can Be Returned?
At Rehan Sports, you can return your product within 4 days of receiving it — no questions asked, no arguments.
Only These Conditions Apply:
- Product must be completely unused
- Must be in its original packaging
- No damage or scratches on the bat
- Return request must be made within 4 days of receiving the order
If these conditions are met — we will give you a full refund. Simple!
How to Return? — Step by Step
Step 1 — WhatsApp us at: 03203037744 Share your reason for return and your order number
Step 2 — We will provide you the return address and instructions
Step 3 — Pack the product in its original packaging and send via courier
Step 4 — Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days
Delivery Charges — Important Note
Please understand this clearly:
- Original delivery charges — paid at the time of ordering — will not be refunded
- Return delivery charges — cost of sending the product back — will be paid by the customer
- Only the product price will be refunded — delivery charges excluded
Example:
If you ordered a bat for Rs. 2,499 and paid Rs. 200 for delivery — you will receive Rs. 2,499 as a refund. However, the return courier charges will be paid by you.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refund will be issued through the same method used for payment:
- Bank Transfer — 7 working days
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash — 7 working days
When Will a Return NOT Be Accepted?
We believe in full transparency — here are the cases where returns are not possible:
- Product has been used
- 4 days have passed since receiving the order
- Product is not in original packaging
- Bat has been damaged after delivery
Exchange Policy
If you do not want a refund and simply want to exchange the product — that is possible too!
The same 4-day condition applies. For an exchange, only the return delivery charges are yours — the new delivery will be free from Rehan Sports.

1. Advance Payment
Orders at Rehan Sports are processed via half advance payment. This is because:
- Your order gets reserved immediately
- We begin processing without delay
- Our payment gateway is 100% secure
2. Delivery Time
- Standard orders: 2 to 6 working days
- Remote areas: may take 1 to 2 extra days
- Delivery delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control — however, we will always assist you in tracking your order
3. Product Quality
- Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch
- 100% original products guaranteed
- If you receive a damaged product — send photos on WhatsApp immediately
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched
5. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged during delivery — that is our responsibility. In this case:
- Send photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- Return delivery charges will also be covered by customer
